Miss. Céleste
Celeste began dancing at the age of three and trained extensively in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and hip hop. She later became a member of Future Shock Ottawa and Culture Shock Ottawa, where she performed and trained for nine years. During her time with these companies, she had the opportunity to perform internationally, gaining valuable stage experience beyond Canada.
Continuing to expand her artistry, Celeste transitioned into freestyle training, focusing on popping and hip hop, and continues to develop her skills in both styles.
Alongside her dance career, Celeste holds an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care from Algonquin College. She worked for six years as an Educational Assistant with the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, where she supported diverse learners and helped create inclusive classroom environments.
Celeste began assisting dance classes at age 14 and was teaching independently by 17. She currently teaches and runs competitive teams at her studio, bringing a balance of strong technical training, performance experience, and youth development expertise to every class she leads.
She is passionate about building confidence, fostering creativity, and creating a positive, inclusive space where students can grow both as dancers and individuals.
