Groove FIT feels like a dance party disguised as a workout! When the bass drops, the energy goes up—soak up the music, catch the groove, and let loose. Whether you’re trying dance for the first time or bringing back your best moves, Groove FIT welcomes all levels and abilities. Come for the party, leave with a feel-good sweat!
GrooveN'Kinders | Ages 4-7
Join Luv 2 Groove and allow your child the opportunity to express themselves through a series of dance moves and activities that are fun and easy to follow. Without realizing it, participants will increase motor skills (balance and stability) as well as creative thinking. Each class fosters decision-making skills, imagination, self-esteem and a sense of accomplishment. There will be a mini showcase at the end of the session so students can share their new moves and grooves.
Times: 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm

Pop-Up Class
GrooveN'Kids | Ages 7-12
Featuring a variety of funky music, old and new, GooveN’Kids is about getting lost in the movement and having fun. Each class will have will have the participants interacting, building self-esteem and expressing their creative minds. Students will engage in various movement based activities, follow along grooves and moves, dance routines, and an opportunity to express themselves through guided improvisation and freestyle. There will be a mini showcase at the end of the 12 weeks so students can share their new moves and grooves!
Pop-Up Class
GrooveN'Tots | Ages 18 months (1.5-3) + parents
This class is a great introduction to movement for your littles! Throughout each session, you and your littles will have fun busting out and letting loose to high energy, kid friendly music! Get ready to let your imagination run freely and dance like no bodies watching!
*Available for day cares, mommy groups and more!*
Pop-Up Class
GrooveN'Babies | Parents and Babies ages 4-12 months
Designed to get parents and babies moving and grooving in a safe and fun environment. In this 35 minute class expect to get your groove on to upbeat music (no baby music here), do some strengthening, learn a fun easy routine and have some cuddle and cool down time to finish off the class! Modify and take breaks as needed – this class is all about building community and a chance to bond with your little:)

GrooveN’Adults
Ages 16+
GrooveN’Kids
This class is for ages 7-12.

Parents and Babies ages 4 months to 12 months
This class is designed to get parents and babies moving and grooving in a safe and fun environment. In this 35 minute class expect to get your groove on to upbeat music (no baby music here), do some strengthening, learn a fun easy routine and have some cuddle and cool down time to finish off the class!
