Miss Emma

Emma Gover is an experienced dancer who loves sharing her passion and the joy that dance brings. Whether by joining teams herself or teaching, she has witnessed how dance fosters amazing connections and relationships.She grew up training at The Academy of Dance Arts in Ottawa, specializing in hip-hop, jazz, ballet, tap, lyrical, and contemporary. After manycompetitions, recitals, conventions, and practices, she also became a dance teacher. With experience at multiple studios in Ottawa, she has choreographed competitive routines, performances, and more—and continues to do so! Currently, Emma dances with the Ottawa Black Jacks Dancers, a professional team, and enjoys the opportunity to perform and grow within her community. She also works for the City of Ottawa at the Shenkman Arts Centre.With extensive experience teaching dancers of all ages, from kids to adults, Emma loves to share her knowledge and passion for dance. She is always looking to grow and continue her dance journey. She can’t wait to explore her city even more with Luv2Groove and dance every day of the week!
