Weekly Groove FIT Class
Starting Oct.29th (every Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm with Julia from Luv2Groove) Groove FIT feels like a dance party disguised as a workout! When the bass drops, the energy goes up—soak up the music, catch the groove, and let loose. No dance experience needed: the moves are easy to pick up, and there’s room to make them your own. Whether you’re trying dance for the first time or bringing back your best moves, Groove FIT welcomes all levels and abilities. Come for the party, leave with a feel-good sweat!
