Mr. Lucas

Lucas Granzotto-Martin has been dancing since the young age of seven years old. Though he started as a B-Boy, Lucas is always looking for new ways to expand his dance and build his skills in many different styles. Whether it be street dance, contemporary, gymnastics, or even martial arts, Lucas is always adding to his dance repertoire.

After taking recreational dance classes in his early elementary school years, Lucas moved on to join the competitive dance team at Canadian Dance Factory (CDF) in his middle and early high school years, and went on to become a teacher at CDF and a choreographer for their competitive team. During his high school career, Lucas broke out of his street dance comfort zone and dove into the art of contemporary dance where he trained under Allison Carrier for 3 years.

After graduating high school, Lucas went on to work for Royal Caribbean Productions Ltd. where he was a Dancer/Acrobat on the world’s largest cruise ship, Harmony of the Seas. Lucas worked for Royal Caribbean for a number of years performing on a number of different cruise ships all around the world and eventually became a director of choreography for the hit show, The Fine Line. Lucas is super excited to be working with Luv2Groove and can’t wait to share his love of dance with all of his students.
